Neil and Donna Boyle of KD3 Home Inspections established themselves, permanently, in Saskatoon in 1993 when they purchased a home. Neil went on to spend numerous years in the water system and piping industry learning the ins and out of the rural water and sewage industry as well as gaining knowledge in the domestic plumbing field. Donna gained employment at an insulation roofing company where she acquired experience learning what is involved in some of the processes of that industry.
With that kind of background, in 2006, they decided to try their hand at real estate investing and purchased their first revenue home in 2007. It was then, that, the renovation business was started. More revenue properties were purchased and the couple renovated them from top to bottom. They also found time to flip houses and performed many of the renovations themselves.
Fast forward, today, Neil has been able to educate himself with the many aspects of homes. How they are built, the land around and what systems and components make up a home. And, now, has become certified as a home inspector through the Professional Home Inspection Institute, Along with Donna’s help and support, our team is ready to put you at ease knowing you have a confident professional as your advocate.
